Brochures are interesting creatures becuase they can take on many forms. They can be designed in a variety of sizes, be folded in a variety of ways, be used as direct mail, be one page or several pages, the possibilities are endless.

 

Client: Tri-State Basement Services

Project: Brochure

Description: When we were hired to design this brochure we had no idea the challenges we were up against. The client requested a standard 8 1/2 x 11 6-panel brochure to use as an informational brochure. When we were given the copy and photos for the brochure we soon found that there was no way we would be able to fit everything in such a small space. We provided the client several alternatives and they opted for an 11 x 17 single fold brochure. There was still a great challenge fitting everything but by using blocks of color to highlight the headings we were able to visually organize the information as well as make it look less cluttered than if it were just text. We were very careful to make the cover as eye catching as possible to balance the insides content heavy design. The client was so pleased with how it came out because it turned out better than they had expected.
