Client: R A Hoffman Architects, Inc.

Project: 3-D Model of Custom Home Design

Description: During the design phase of this project we were brought in because the client was having a hard time visualizing the proposed house design with the work being done to the site. The home owner was planning some drastic grading changes and just didn't see how it would all look. The client was also concerned about the added costs that doing a model would bring to the project if it wouldn't help. We were brought in to work directly with the client to answer questions, show samples of other models and then provide a proposal to do the model.

In the end the model was done and the cient was thrilled with the results. Because we also included the proposed site renovations we were able to provide the client with "views" as he might see it while standing in different areas such as the terrace, view from the pool, view from the leveled lower yard, etc.

After the initial model was done, we were asked to do an interior model of the great room. Images of the interior will be added soon.

In addition to several still shots of the exterior, we provided the client with an animated walk-through showing him the details of the exterior of the proposed home design as well as views from various locations.
